What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for products you are unsatisfied with. If your order has already shipped and you decide you don't want it, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to us to receive a return shipping label.

Ship Your Return: Once you receive the label, please drop off the package with the carrier.

Notify Us: After your items have been acknowledged by the carrier, contact us so we can process your refund.

Please note:

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds can take 2-5 business days to process, depending on your bank.

2. How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. Priority Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. A reminder that we do not process,ship, or deliver orders over the weekend or on holidays.

3. How can I cancel my order?

We cannot change an order or cancel it once it has processed or once an item has been shipped. Please email orders@kweenco.com.

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

Cancellations will take effect if made within 24 hours before your subscription order processes.
